4 AUGUST 2009:  Avision Africa is proud to launch the @V2800 network scan station – which offers so much more than networked scanning. Innovatively integrating scan-to-email, scan-to-server and digital copying capabilities, the @V2800 would be a cost-effective and efficient addition to any mid- to large-sized office.

Paper-based documents can be scanned in colour and emailed as PDFs, JPEGs or TIFF files at up to 600 dpi – or saved to a designated server - directly from the machine. And connecting the @V2800 to a laser printer turns it into a high-quality digital copier which can produce up to 32 copies per minute (B&W).

With an auto-document feed that can hold up to 50 pages, and efficient scanning speeds, the multitasking @V2800 can easily cope with up to 1,000 scanned pages daily.
